Agreement to Terms

By accessing HumanizeTech ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. We provide AI text humanization services that transform AI-generated content into natural, human-like writing.

1. Service Description

HumanizeTech provides text humanization services where users submit AI-generated text and receive a humanized version. Users purchase credits (tokens) which are consumed based on word count. One credit equals one word processed.

The service is provided "as is" for personal and commercial use. We do not guarantee specific results or that humanized text will pass all AI detection tools.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate and current. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Credits and Payment

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover via Lemon Squeezy payment processor.

Credit Purchases: Credits are sold in packages (2,000, 5,000, or 10,000 credits). Credits are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

Subscriptions: Monthly and yearly subscription plans renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel anytime through your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes apply to future purchases only, not existing subscriptions until renewal.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time credit purchases only. Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@humanizertech.com within 7 days of purchase.

Subscription refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. If you cancel a subscription, you retain access until the end of the current period. Credits are immediately forfeited upon account cancellation unless required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our service for:

• Illegal activities or content that violates laws or regulations
• Harassment, hate speech, or content promoting violence
• Impersonation or fraudulent purposes
• Automated scraping or reverse engineering of our service
• Training competing AI models or services
• Circumventing usage limits or attempting unauthorized access

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original input text and the humanized output. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your text for the sole purpose of providing the service.

All website content, designs, logos, and software are owned by HumanizeTech and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

7. Data Privacy

Your text submissions are processed through third-party AI services and are not permanently stored on our servers beyond what is necessary for service delivery. For full details, see our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to this processing.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Account deletion does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HumanizeTech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that humanized text will be undetectable by all AI detection tools or meet your specific requirements. Results may vary based on input text and detection methods.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kazakhstan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Almaty, Kazakhstan.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the website.
